Solveiga Krumina-Konkova, PhD, leading researcher at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, Latvian Academy of Sciences. She’s an editor-in-chief of the journal ‘Religiski filozofiskie raksti’ (Religious and philosophical studies), issue of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, University of Latvia. She presents the Center for the Study on New Religions (Forino, Italy) in Latvia. Her research interests involve phenomenology of religion, sociology of religion (new religious movements in particular), analytical philosophy of religion, religious philosophy, Christian philosophy and theology.
