The book is almost ready. There is one important article missing, which\u00a0<span class=\"il\">Eva<\/span>\u00a0Toulouze is working on. Moreover, the editors have still to work on the manuscript, to eliminate repetitions, to decide whether all the articles have to be included. Language editing for the translations is still very much needed.
