Unhappy love has led Maria to poison herself. She is taken to the hospital, where the doctors try to save her life, but she refuses to be medicated. The girl’s parents, followed by her boyfriend, come to see her in the hospital. When the girl opens her eyes, her boyfriend promises to die together with her.
